1. Shipping Areas

We currently offer shipping services to the United States only.

2. Shipping Time

  • Orders received before 12:00 PM China Shanghai Time from Monday to Saturday will be shipped on the same day.
  • Orders received after 2:00 PM China Shanghai Time will be shipped on the next business day.
  • Production time: 4-6 days.
  • Shipping time: 7-9 days (excluding production time).
  • We do not guarantee shipping times. In case of delays, we will work with the carrier to ensure timely delivery. Customs clearance may cause additional delays.

3. Free Shipping Policy

All our products qualify for free shipping.

4. Customs Duties & Taxes

Duties and taxes vary by market and are the responsibility of the customer. Please consult your local customs office for detailed information.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Shipping Confirmation: Once the shipping label is printed, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • Tracking Information Availability: Tracking details may take up to 12 hours to become available.
  • You can track your order using the "Track Your Order" link found in the footer of any page on our website.

6. Tracking Issues

We are happy to assist you, but we have access to the same tracking information as you. We recommend that you contact the carrier directly for any issues.

7. Lost Packages

CUSTOMTREND is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. In such cases, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
