The quality is amazing and the printing is phenomenal. The product is absolutely above par and we could not be happier. Great communication from the seller and it was delivered sooner than expected.

This customer service is on your side, from the order to the customize every single step. The delivery is a little long (for the frame - it came in two separate deliveries). The finished canopy is great, looks great, print looks great and the support is amazing. Would definitely recommend them.The only thing I don't liked, the forgot the Velcro for the back wall (I replaced it myself) and the zipper from the transport bag is not strong enough (it broke on the first day as we used the canopy). Anything else is definitely greatUpdate 05/24/2024The customer service is unbelievable, after reaching out to me about my review "They send me a new backwall and a new transport bag".Wow - hope you stay this way. I think this took about three weeks to get initially. When I received it they sent the wrong pole (I ordered the double pole.) They responded quickly and made it right. Although it did take another couple weeks to get the right pole. So just make sure you have plenty of time because they are custom printing these and send USPS, which can be pretty unpredictable. The material for the flags is moderately heavy and silkish. The colors on the flags are nice and bright. The printing has neat edges and is well-inked. The poles seem sturdy and have adjustable height. It was worth the wait and will do well for my purposes

I'm giving this 5 stars because the quality of the cloth is good, I got exactly what I asked for and I got a proof before I recieved the product. My only complaint would be that my art is smaller than I would have liked but it is still big, clearly visible and good quality. I also got this relatively quickly. I was hoping I'd get it in time for my next show and I did. THANK YOU!
